WORKSHOP
In this workshop Richard will teach you the importance of spirit connection and meditation in your healing journey. The session will start with a talk on how to activate your healing through spirit and through your god (source energy), connecting to the 3 energies (Spirit, Angelic and Material) to encourage your healing and working with your body in the material realm(nature, Mother Earth).
Healing the mind, body and soul.
MEDITATION
The talk will be followed by a group meditation, using the collective energy to heal ourselves and sending that energy to loved ones. We will also add a message to the universe to help heal the world and bring love and peace to every soul on our beautiful planet.
The duration is 1.5 hours but please give yourself more time as Richard likes to talk and this session may include a Q & A.
